June 10, 2018:
Back from Hungary where I attended a totally rain-swept national show in Szkesfehérvár with Hippie (HIGH PROVOCATION von Shinbashi). Hippie gained the Junior Winner again and therefore we did not attend today's show as there is only one more result from an international show missing. Unfortunately there are no photos as it was impossible to take pictures during all the cloud-burts.
It was a great weekend with nice friends and new contacts. As always we have been residing at my dear friend Judit and once again could enjoy her delicious cooking and wonderful hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to her, and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Sterling (Champ. Daretobebares STERLING SILVER), since April 2010 she is here, and she had the O litter of this kennel. A heartfelt Happy Birthday little lady!

Porsche (Caipirinha's PINK HOT PORSCHE) was cremated today in the morning and in the evening I picked up his urn so that he finally is again where he belongs to. He is missed so inexpressible, and his early passing is still unreal for me ......

Caipirinha's N litter celebrates 7th birthday today. All the best for Needy (Caipirinha's NEEDLESS 2SAY) and Sly (Caipirinha's NOTHING 2LOSE) in Germany, Tanner (Champ. Caipirinha's NUTBUSH CITY LIMIT) in Canada and Maverick (Multi-Champ. Caipirinha's NEED 4SPEED) here in the house. May you have many more healthy years ahead in your families. I love you!

Today in the evening at about 7 p.m. Porsche (Caipirinha's PINK HOT PORSCHE) passed after an emergency surgery with lung failure ...... only 3 days after his 4th birthday. I am in despair, still can't believe it.
A candle has been lit for him ...... In the next couple of days he will be cremated.

Today the youngest member of the dog family celebrates birthday: Hippie (HIGH PROVOCATION von Shinbashi) is one year.
I remember very well when in the evening a year ago the message came from Anne that Needy (Caipirinha's NEEDLESS 2SAY) had started to whelp. Already in the beginning of 2016 I wanted to have a puppy out of my offspring, but at that time it was not meant to be. Waiting was worth it! Already right after birth I decided for the one and only powderpuff girl of the litter, and during the following weeks it became more and more obvious to me that I had made the right decision. Thanks a lot to Anne that she made a dream turn to be reality. Finally I have a grandchild out of Ula (Multi-Champ. Family Song's ULA) and Keanu (Multi-Champ. WL THE DEVILS ADVOCATE). If Hippie steps just a little bit into the paw prints of her grandparents she could gain some nice results at shows.
April 29, 2017:
Hippie (HIGH PROVOCATION von Shinbashi) and I have been at the CAC Show in Mosonmagyarovar/HU today. It was Hippie's first show and I am very proud of her: Junior Winner, Best Junior and BOS. What a great beginning of the show carreer, already the first title for the Hungarian Junior Champion. Now we are considering where we go next.
Thankfully some dear acquaintances whom I met, took some photos of that show, and they are now in Hippie's Photo Gallery in the newly setup album Hippie's Shows.
April 22, 2018:
Her birthday would be today: Arwa (ARWA Zevar CS, SchH1) - Apr. 22, 1989 - Sep. 25, 2000. She was the first brood bitch of my Briard kennel de la Maison du Garde-Barrière.
Unforgotten, forever in my heart, and even after nearly 18 years missed like on the first day. A candle has been lit for her.
April 15, 2018:
12 years ago Apollo (APOLLO de la Maison du Garde-Barrière) came back to this kennel as his "mom" was shortly before dying and his "dad" was in hospice. Only one day later he knew where he was and could enjoy his life a bit longer than one year here with the pack. On July 1, 2006, he went for his last journey in my arms where he was also born ......
April 14, 2018:
The next memorial day: 8 years ago Oh-Lala (Sel. OH-LALA des Monts d'en Crauzille) walked over the Rainbow Bridge after she had waited for me to return back home from the USA, to say good-bye and to join her on her last trip. She is missed so very much ...... of course also for her a candle has been lit.

It is 5 years today that rescue boy Sambo (SAMBO de la Chaume du Bois Dieu) went over the Rainbow Bridge. Again a candle has been lit.

A candle has been lit - for Sambo (SAMBO de la Chaume du Bois Dieu), whose birthday would be today, and for the 6 dogs of the G litter de la Maison du Garde-Barrière, who also have their birthday today.

Today Memy (Multi-Champ. INCREDIBLE ME von Shinbashi), Hippie (HIGH PROVOCATION von Shinbashi) and I have come back home from our Easter holiday at their breeder and my great friend Anne. On March 30, we had travelled there. We have spent wonderful days in Germany after we had not seen each other for many years, but only met on internet. Easter was snowy but this was unable to harm our great mood. Lots of pictures have been taken from Hippie of which some are now in her Photo Gallery Hippie's Youth, and from Memy there are two new snapshots in her Photo Gallery.
In a few months we will see each other again, and I am already now looking very much forward to it. Until then we will be in contact daily via internet. Thank you for everything, dear Anne!
